A Good Conversation can shift the direction of change forever… But first you need to start it!
In this series of conversations we will explore topics from industries within and outside of Events and Meetings.
How do creative professionals in other industries address important challenges like: managing creative teams across hierarchy, communicating needs vs wants, unlocking innovation and most importantly, becoming a confident creative professional?
Participants will actively engage in a dialogue with each other (it is not a passive lecture series) around the topics facilitated by Anthony Vade and Hosted by Kevin Molesworth
All proceeds from this session go towards the Creative Safe Space (facebook group) EDC Scholarship Fund.
Funds will be awarded to a Creative Safe Facebook Group Members to undertake Event Design Certificate Program or purchase resources from the tool store.

THE KREBS CYCLE OF CREATIVITY, by designer, architect, and MIT Media Lab faculty member Neri Oxman PhD. As featured in season 2, episode 2 of the netflix series Abstract: The Art of Design. We will discuss her concepts that state high performance creative teams cycle through a series of mindsets on their journey to create new innovations and ideas. These include domains like: Art, Science, Engineering and Design. Understanding the risks and benefits that come from diverse viewpoints, leaders and team members are required to understand the dynamics born from different mindsets and managing the inevitable conflict that comes from different perspectives colliding.
